Please join MAACS and our special guest CECU for this webinar. We will review the results of the Presidential Election, the US Senate, the US House of Representatives, and a few select state races, and what these results may mean for career schools and higher ed as a whole.
The results of this election will have critical impacts on career schools and higher education as a whole. Depending on which party takes control, or whether government has split control after the election, could result in significant differences on current and future regulations schools must comply with, future amendments to the Higher Education Act and other legislation, the general political climate for the sector over the next few years, and more.
It is not an understatement to say the run-up to the 2024 Election has been one of the wildest races in US History. The top of the ticket had one political party remove its Presidential candidate and replace it with another candidate just months before the election. While the other political party's Presidential candidate faced two assignation attempts, jury trials, and more. Plus, both the US Senate and US House are up for grabs and being tightly contested. The balance of power in Washington DC is on edge.
Please join us for this webinar to help explain what happened on election night and what we anticipate the results will lead to for career schools across the country.
