Getting Here

Public Transport: The venue is accessible via public transport. Exit South Brisbane Train Station to Grey Street, the venue is a short 5 minute walk. Check local bus schedules for routes to the venue.


Taxi/Rideshare: Taxi and rideshare services are available in the area. Best drop off point is the Grey Street entrance.

Parking

On-site Parking: There is parking available at the venue at a cost. Click here for parking information at BCEC.

Grey Street: Enter the venue via Grey Street and take the escalators/lifts to the Plaza Ballroom.

Check-In Process

ENTRY IS BY TICKET ONLY

Your ticket will be emailed to you following payment and will include a barcode. Please ensure you have your digital ticket (with barcode) ready upon arrival, you can also print your ticket and bring it with you.


Check-in Location: Upon arrival, head to the reception tables located in the foyer of the Plaza Ballroom at the top of the Grey Street escalators and in front of the lifts. Please ensure you have your ticket (with barcode) ready to be scanned.


Table Numbers: Each guest will have a designated table number. You can find your table number on screens located in the Plaza Ballroom foyer just outside the Ballroom doors or by asking a staff member at the reception table.


Assistance: If you require any assistance during the check-in process, feel free to ask any event staff member.

Attire: The dress code for this event is black tie.
