About the Program
We are very excited to announce that the inaugural RBN Mentoring Program is now open for registration!
The program is open to applications from mentors with a minimum of 10 years working experience and mentees with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
Spaces are limited, and the last day to register is 26 June.
Successfully matched mentors and mentees will be invited to embark on a 4-month mentoring journey where mentees will be responsible for driving the engagement with their mentors. We hope that mentors and mentees may also develop a lasting and meaningful professional relationship and friendship thereafter.
There will also be opportunities for networking and engagement activities which will be made available exclusively to our mentors and mentees.
Should we be unable to find a suitable pairing, unmatched candidates may apply to participate in subsequent mentoring programs.

As a mentor, your advice to younger working Rafflesians will be invaluable in helping them accelerate their personal and professional growth.
As a mentee, you will have access to senior Rafflesians and benefit from their experiences, knowledge and network.
