2024 Regulatory Summit

The 2024 Regulatory Summit will take place from August 7-8 at The Conference Center at Guilford Technical Community College in Colfax, North Carolina. The event will provide valuable insight on topics such as compliance requirements of the new mandatory stability standard, updates on PFAS legislation, new product labeling guidance and more.

This year, the focus is on enforcement of new product safety and environmental regulations, making 2024 the year of Compliance: Where the Rubber Meets the Road. Don't miss the preeminent conference addressing the top regulatory and legislative challenges facing the home furnishings industry today!

Building on last year's successful break-out session format, both days of the Summit program include opportunities for a deeper dive into focused topics, among them proposed revisions to the tip restraint standard, an update on the proposed new recliner safety standard, environmental regulations impacting packaging, and avoiding delays and penalties under the Uyhgur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
