- Create your own 4-person team. Individuals will be assigned to a team.
- Must list each golfer's handicap
- Proceeds go to the Alabama Poultry Trust
- Shotgun start at 8:30a.m.

- Top three teams win cash prizes

- Only half of entry fee is refundable if tournament is cancelled due to an "Act of God"
