The BHA's Service and Technician's Assessment Report (STAR) Program identifies contractors that strive to provide the best product and service for their clients. Using direct comments from member clients along with a scoring system in the categories of: Quality of Work, Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism, BHA members collect input and submit feedback through response cards and online web forms.

Each review submission must be 4 Stars or higher to be included in the total. All companies that meet the criteria will earn Star Award Certificates and will be listed on the BHA website! For those qualifying companies that register at least 1 month prior to the BHA Spring event, a trophy will be presented to recognize the outstanding service you provided to your region.
