The organization hosts an annual conference for those actively engaged in the design, management, operation, and control of water works systems. The Arkansas Water Conference is the premier event for information management in the water and wastewater industry.

No matter what your interest is within the water industry, AWW&WEA has information and event opportunities to fit your needs. Our organization's educational programs set the industry standard in continuing education and cover the full spectrum of relevant, leading-edge water industry topics. They also provide attendees with valuable opportunities to meet, learn, and network with other water professionals from throughout the state.

Attendee Registration Information

Registration Fee

The advance registration fee is $150 per attendee, which includes a Monday and Tuesday Conference lunch ticket. The registration fee does not include membership to any other organization or association.

Deadlines

Advanced registration closes on March 31, 2024. Registrations must be post-marked on or before March 31, 2024 to receive the advance registration fee. Any registrations received after March 31, 2024 will be processed on-site and charged the late registration fee.

No refunds will be issued after March 31, 2024.

Photo Release

AWW&WEA will take photos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos are for AWW&WEA's use only and may appear on the AWW&WEA website, email blasts, social media outlets, or other future AWW&WEA promotional material. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
