Exhibitor Information

The Expo Hall will be located immediately outside the auditorium where all Conference presentations take place. All breaks and lunch both days will occur in the Expo Hall. The space is limited to 8 tabletop exhibitors. This limited number of exhibitors ensures each participating company has ample opportunity to visit with attendees during the day-and-a-half program.

All available exhibitor opportunities can be viewed and purchased HERE. The Expo Hall is available to AHFA member companies only. The non-member rate includes a one-year membership in AHFA's Solution Partners division and all associated benefits.


The deadline to reserve an exhibit table is Monday, July 21 at 9:00 a.m. EST.


Exhibitor Details:

  • The exhibit space is located outside the auditorium and hosts all breaks and lunch both days.
  • Exhibitors receive a 6-foot table with a black skirt and 2 chairs. The space will accommodate up to an 8-foot-wide pop-up display behind the table. (See sample exhibit hall photos below.) You must notify us in advance if power is needed.
  • Each exhibitor receives ONE registration with their Expo Hall fee. Additional attendees from the exhibitor company must register separately.
  • Exhibitor set-up is from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27. Any display or tabletop materials requiring advance shipment must be sent to AHFA by by Friday, August 22.

  • Exhibitors may begin dismantling and packing their exhibit space no sooner than 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28 (after lunch). All packing must be complete by 3:00 p.m.
  • Following the Conference, AHFA urges exhibitors to drop off any return shipments at the nearby UPS or FedEx location (directions will be provided).

Sponsorship Details:

  • All companies with paid sponsorships or exhibit fees by Monday, July 21 will receive their corporate logo in the conference program.
  • All sponsors will be recognized by name from the podium during the conference.
  • All sponsors will be recognized on signage placed near the food/beverage service they have sponsored.
  • Breakfast sponsorship includes ONE meeting registration. Lunch, Cocktail Party and Speaker Dinner sponsorships include TWO meeting registrations. Any additional Conference attendees from the sponsor company must pay the $225 registration fee to attend.
