SADDLE-UP MEET AND GREET | $2,500

Held Sunday afternoon in the Exhibit Hall, this event draws 200–300 attendees for finger foods, wine, soft drinks, Water Taste Contest, and prize drawings. 

• Logo on branding (conference website, all-sponsor banner, PowerPoint, and two foamcore signs at event)
• Sponsor's name in program
• Verbal recognition by the Conference Chair during the event
• Option to display branded tabletop cards or collateral on tables (sponsor covers costs; requires approval from SWAWWA's Executive Director; sponsor handles setup/teardown of sponsor branded materials)

MONDAY WINNERS CIRCLE LUNCH | $3,000

The Monday Derby Lunch is served in the General Session Hall, seating approximately 275 attendees. The hall remains open, with the Chairs Award program taking place at this luncheon, allowing sponsors to shine.

• Sponsor's name in program
• Verbal recognition by the Conference Chair at various times on Monday

CONFERENCE COFFEE TROT | $1,500

Fuel attendees with coffee breaks served in the Grand Lobby and Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday.

• Sponsor's name in program 
• Verbal recognition by the Conference emcee at various times

FEATURE RACE RECEPTION | $2,500

The Finish Line Reception, held Monday evening from 4:30 PM–5:30 PM in the Exhibit Hall, is the conference's largest reception, featuring beer, popcorn, and door prize drawings.

TUESDAY STAKES LUNCH | $2,500

The Tuesday Stakes Lunch, served in the General Session Hall for approximately 250 attendees, keeps the hall open with no formal program.

• Logo on branding (conference website, all-sponsor banner, PowerPoint, and two foamcore signs in food service area on Tuesday)
• Sponsor's name in program
• Verbal recognition by the Conference Chair at various times on Tuesday

VICTORY LAP RECEPTION | $2,000

The Victory Lap Reception, held Tuesday from 4PM-5PM , is the wrap-up event for approximately 300 attendees, featuring the Water for People prize drawings.

• Sponsor's name in program
• Verbal recognition by the Conference Chair during the luncheon

CONFERENCE CAP | $2,500

Approximately 200 custom caps, styled with a racing theme, are awarded as prizes during technical and other sessions. SWAWWA coordinates quantity, design, ordering, and payment.

WI-FI | $2,000

Wi-Fi is provided to all attendees across the Exhibit Hall and most areas of Oaklawn Resort.
