会员培训：组织项目化管理实践（中文）
What is Member Training Program? The AmCham Shanghai Member Training Program is developed to provide high-quality professional training to members at an exclusively discounted rate. AmCham Shanghai members and employees who work at member companies are eligible to attend a series of training sessions offered by selected training provider partners of AmCham Shanghai.
Project-based management is different from general enterprise management in that general enterprise management focuses on orientation of enterprises’ products and market from overall and strategic perspectives, while project-based management starts from specific tasks and transforms enterprises’ conceptions or strategies into tangible products or services.
Project-based management not only organizes and manages typical projects in enterprises, e.g., new plant construction, but also regards innovation activities in traditional enterprise operation as projects and therefore implements project-based management, e.g., enterprise investment and financing, advertising, new product release, investor relationship management and salary system reform. The most fundamental purpose of project-based management is to achieve intended targets with as highest efficiency as possible while ensuring the conditions of time, technology, budget and performance index, so as to satisfy key project stakeholders.
During this half-day session, you will learn and be able to:
Understand the concept of organizational project management and application environment
Familiar with the project of the Five-Step Process
Recognize the four elements of the organization to achieve the project
Understand the maturity model of organizational project management
Learn to master the necessary organizational project management tool
Who should attend?
Project manager, project engineers, design engineers, project team members, manufacturing engineers, operations managers, functional managers, R & D managers, IT professionals director of marketing, and other persons and organizations directly related to project management.

AmCham Shanghai members are eligible to attend the session free of charge with Training Credit*.
AmCham Shanghai members without Training Credit are eligible to attend the session at “Member Rate.”
Employees who work at AmCham Shanghai member companies are eligible to attend the session at "Employee Rate."
Limited spaces are available and attendance will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Members please bring your membership card and employees bring your business card upon check-in at the training session.
Walk-in and Cancellation Policy:
This session requires confirmation of attendance in advance. If you attend this session without prior registration, you will be charged an RMB50 "walk-in" fee as member and RMB100 as employee.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Kelly Deng at (86 21) 6279 7119 ext. 4580 or email kelly.deng@amcham-shanghai.org no less than 24 hours in advance.
To ensure that you have a seat, please come to the session on time. Open seats will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the session starts.
* What is Training Credit?
As an extra offer to all AmCham Shanghai members, each member will be granted with ONE Training Credit with their valid membership term. Members are able to use the Training Credit to register for the training session they are interested in, free of charge. The Training Credit can only be used by the member him/herself. The Training Credit is not transferrable or refundable for cash.
