David Michael Padua is an experienced Tropical Cyclone Specialist and Typhoon Consultant in the Philippines with a demonstrated history of working in the weather industry. Known as Mr. Typhoon, he is a professional weather consultant and once served as the Director for the Typhoon Preparedness Center of the Naga College Foundation.
David is a member of the American Meteorological Society and the Global Tropical Cyclone Discussion Group, and is skilled in Tropical Cyclone Analysis and Forecasting.
David graduated with a degree is Geography from the University of the Philippines Diliman and has attended and given countless training and conferences on tropical cyclones and typhoons all over the country.
