Being a strong leader is challenging even when things are in the "normal" zone. You need to make sure that everybody is on the same page, work is getting done, results are achieved and stakeholders are content. And of course, most importantly, employees and teams get attention and support to thrive, so that in return customers are happy and new ones are gained.

When external complications add to our daily job, being a strong leader becomes more difficult. And when our businesses and the whole world are experiencing a crisis on top, our attention is pulled in hundreds of different directions. The additional stress makes it difficult for our teams to focus, be productive or just barely survive with so many other factors weighing on them.

Expectations from all sides continue to rise; hence we need to continuously reflect, become better at what we are doing and sharpen our leadership skills.

In the first part of the webinar we will have a short look at the current and future contexts leaders operate in. We will then explore the "know" part of leaders (what they do) and the "transformational part" (who they are) – in the current context of challenging times.

During this session, hosted by Executive Coach Gregor Schmalz, you can expect the following inputs:

2. Reflective questions which might help you / your company in your journey
3. Concepts based on research and real client examples / comments
