Registration Fee:

Php 10,080.00 per attendee (VAT inclusive) - applies to all members and non-members

This entitles one to attend all technical and general sessions, fellowship event as well as fee for lunch, dinner and convention kit.

Hotel Accommodation Fee:

This is on top of registration fee and inclusive of breakfast for two.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Paid registration fee is non-refundable but transferable.

2. Room reservation shall not be made unless full payment for the accommodation is received not later than February 28, 2023. Room reservation shall be made strictly on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. After the set deadline and there are no more BAIPHIL reserved rooms, the delegate shall be responsible in booking his/her own room accommodation subject to published rate of the hotel in the area.

3. There shall be no processing of refund, rebook, or amendments of room accommodation for early check-out or no show of delegate, regardless of reason.

4. Delegates shall settle their extended room accommodation and other incidental personal expenses directly with The Taal Vista Hotel upon check out.

5. The Hotel enforces a strict Dress Code. Generally, sleeveless, shirts, slippers and sandals are not permitted. Moreover, each outlet has its own Dress Code notice posted at the entrance.
