Located in Southampton, South East England, Solent University is a mergers between Southampton College of Art, the College of Technology and the College of Nautical Studies at Warsash, gaining the university title in 2005. The University is made up of 4 academic schools (1) Art, Design and Fashion, (2) Business, Law and Communications, (3) Warsash School of Maritime Science and Engineering, (4) Media Arts and Technology, (5) Sport, Health and Social Sciences.


Solent University is ranked 4th for the graduate start-ups, with 93.9% of graduates employed or in further study within 15 months of graduation (DLHE 2016/17)
