Since the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has created serious impacts on workplace and led to the transition in the paradigm of in-office work. Remote work has become one of the future of work and companies have increased their investments in modern technologies in order to survive, while many workers feel the need to switch their occupations.

Therefore, the new trend drives companies to reevaluate various aspects of their work systems and human resource management. HR leaders are facing challenges in balancing the remote work and on-site work to continue seamless work flows as well as adopting new technologies that would generate diverse effects on employees' collaboration and relationships.

Join us in this session to exchange your perspectives with other HR leaders on the future of work and its impact on the following HR topics:

• Hiring & on-boarding e.g. reduction of staff or adjustment of salaries and benefits
• Performance management e.g. adoption of technologies and hybrid of remote and on-site work to foster work progress
