The INSEAD Global CEO programme is a real-time role-play “reality show” simulation of the acquisition and running of an established company.
A 5-day residential programme at INSEAD Singapore campus, participants will be placed in teams of 5 persons (according to the 5 C-suite roles of an organisation). With “Action learning” as the name of the game, teams will learn how to manage functional aspects of a business from a C-Suite perspective. This would be from simulation of real-life issues that surfaces in the first 100 days of a new company.
This Executive Programme is modelled INSEAD’s MBA Capstone Module ~ Your 1st 100 days Created by Professors Timothy Bovard and Patrick Turner. It will be delivered by Professor Paul Kewene-Hite (Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family) Supported by 9 faculty facilitators
The programme challenges participants by forcing them to confront crisis after crisis in the form of practical lessons and learning that are relevant to their development as an effective Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The programme offered by INSEAD is run under a non-disclosure arrangement to preserve elements of surprises during the sessions. Participants can expect a series of “crisis” to occur without any advance warnings.
