Diana leads HSBC Singapore's Sustainable Finance business for Commercial Banking. She is responsible for sustainable finance business development, product commercialization, deal execution and strategy development covering corporates and multinationals. Diana has over 15 years of banking experience, starting her career in corporate banking before moving into structured banking and leveraged finance. Prior to moving into sustainable finance, Diana worked as an arranger and structurer on leveraged & acquisition finance and syndicated finance in HSBC’s Southeast Asian Structured Banking team, with particular strengths in complex cross-border financing transactions across broad sectors including education, industrials, TMT and agribusiness. She has cross-jurisdictional experience having worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Malaysia.

Francois De Maricourt is the President Director of PT Bank HSBC Indonesia since August 2020. Francois joined HSBC in 1994 and has been appointed in a number of senior leadership roles since joining the bank. He has more than 25 years of experience in banking spanning across various geographies in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. His last role was CEO of HSBC Bangladesh and also a board member of HSBC Mauritius.

Francois oversees the whole HSBC group operations in Indonesia that spans over 58 branches and 3300 staff in more than 21 cities.

Francois holds a Post Graduate Degree in Banking and Finance with academic distinction and a Master's Degree in Economics. Francois is also an established writer having contributed numerous articles on finance and economics for leading publications. Francois is married with four children.

Having joined Michael Page London in 2001, Olly was promoted to Manager in 2003 before being asked to relocate to Shanghai in 2006 to launch a multi-discipline business across Mainland China. He later moved onto Beijing in 2012 to establish another key office and develop a Chinese management team. With his knowledge of Asian markets, Olly was appointed a part of the South East Asian Board in 2013 with the remit of launching Michael Page in Indonesia which has grown to 90 recruiters with a predominantly Indonesian leadership group well established. In his latest capacity, Olly led the due diligence behind establishing a Joint Venture to enable the opening of a Manila office. That business officially launched in August 2020 with a current team of 44 executive recruiters.

Alongside his overall responsibility for Michael Page in Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines, Olly is the Managing Director of Page Executive, the senior level executive search division of PageGroup. He oversees teams based in 5 cities across SEA. Olly chairs the PageGroup APAC ESG Council. Olly reports to the Global Executive Board of PageGroup.

In December 2020, he was also appointed as the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce Indonesia. Leading the BritCham Board in their efforts to further trade and investment ties for the Anglo-Indonesian businesses and provide more business development opportunities across the Chamber members.

Eri Budiono joined PT Bank HSBC Indonesia as Commercial Banking Director starting April 20th, 2020. Eri has 28 years of experience in the banking industry mostly in the frontline role. Prior to joining HSBC, Eri served as Global Banking Director at PT Bank Maybank Indonesia. Eri began his career at ABN AMRO Bank in 1993 as an Account Relationship Manager where his last position there was Vice President Special Credit Group. He then moved to HSBC in 2000 with last position as the Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking in 2007. Subsequently, Eri joined an investment fund based in Singapore as an Origination Director for 2 years. He then joined PT Rabobank International Indonesia as Corporate and Investment Banking Director until 2015. Eri holds a Bachelor of Business Banking & Finance from Monash University in Australia.
