A lot is happening in the Nigerian Electric mobility space, Jet Systems industry limited an indigenous auto assembling company is leading Africa and Nigeria in this space, with the design and assembly of the first locally made fully electric van in Nigeria. Engr. Uchendu Chukwuebuka Godwin MTPM, A professional in the field of Engineering,Transportation, Logistics and Supply chain management with over 10 years experience. Currently the Technical Lead for Jet System Automobile Industries Limited, handled the design and assembly of the first electric van in Nigeria. An electric vehicle enthusiast, have handled seminars educating Nigerians on vehicle electrification (Nigeria auto journalist association 2021 workshop, throttle tech event 2021), also part of the panel for the development of the Nigeria Occupational standard for Electric Vehicles by NADDC and also a Member of the Technical Committee on Electric Vehicle Policy Development in Nigeria anchored by the NADDC (Nigerian Automotive Design and Development Council). A consultant researcher with Prosapient on e-mobility in Africa.
