    Junaida has more than 20 years of operational, strategic and consulting experience in the areas of People Management, Talent Management and Learning and Development. June has worked locally and overseas across a broad range of industries ranging from Retail, Telecommunications, Banking and Finance, Insurance Central Banking and Education.

    Some of her key engagements include Maxis, Celcom, Citibank, Allianz Malaysia, DiGi Telecommunications, MIDF and Monash University Sunway Campus.

    Key achievements have been in HR Diagnostics, Reviews of Performance Management Process and Systems, HRIS systems proposal and implementation, Annual Salary and Benefits, Staff Handbook reviews, HR Policy and procedure reviews, eLearning system projects and many more. She contributes articles on Talent and Business English to The Star Newspaper and HR Matters Magazine.
