Our work as educators is joyful and rewarding though the demands of the profession can be physically and emotionally straining. Whatever position or role you play in the care and education of young children, it is essential to recognize that we can turn to others in our schools or centres, the community, and the field for help and support. Within the AECES Community of Practice, let us work together to create a culture of support so that we can become resilient practitioners.
Come and join us on 31 August 2022, Wednesday to hear and share from our Resource Speakers, Dr. Weelai Surawanat and Ms. Julene Ong on how we can explore several factors that influence our work in the classroom and the kind of practices that can support the professional community.
