The By-Laws Committee, at the request of President Jason E. Foy and with the unanimous approval of the BCBA Officers and Trustees, has

proposed amendments to the BCBA By-Laws.

Pursuant to Article XI of the current By-Laws, a red-lined copy of the proposed amendments to the By-Laws showing the provisions of the

current By-Laws to be affected or changed by the proposed amendments was mailed to Active Members of the BCBA at the last address shown on the BCBA's records.

An in-person meeting of Active Members of the BCBA will be held on November 21st at 4:30 pm at the Courthouse to vote on the proposed

amendments to the By-Laws.
