Class Description: We are celebrating the Chinese New Year in style at Hunt Hill Farm! Work alongside the Chef and learn how to cook a traditional Chinese New Year's feast. This occasion is based heavily on symbolism and ritual and is intended to usher in wealth, happiness, good fortune and health. You'll have fun learning about the food and culture, take home timeless recipes and learn techniques for Asian cooking that you will use over and over throughout the New Year.
