Class Description: Pairing the right wine with a dish can elevate that dish to a whole new level. The dishes created in this class will be designed to pair perfectly with the fruit of the vine. In this class, Chef Clara Park will share some food and wine pairings that make for a memorable meal. The class will create the meal while working in groups and then sit down and enjoy a wine-pairing dinner to remember.
