Class Description: Sunday dinner in southern Italy is a celebration of great food with family and friends. Join us for this class to learn how to create some classic dishes of Italy. We will focus on various cooking techniques such as braising, simmering and sautéing and will make a delicious classic Tiramisu. From appetizer to dessert, these are delicious recipes from a country known for its simply great-tasting food.
