Katie Gilmore owns and operates Stone Silo Farm, a goat farm, Micro-dairy and dedicated cheese making facility. Katie launched Stone Silo Farm in 2006 after studying with leading cheese makers from the US and France including Vermont creameries, UVM VIAC, and Sterling College.
