When a diagnosis of a chronic medical condition is given, not only do you need to prepare medically, you need to prepare legally. Attend this program to learn what legal options are available in planning and paying for long-term care. This session will focus on how Medicaid, long-term care insurance and personal care contracts can be used to maximize a person's quality of life.


This program awards 1.0 CE (Ethics) credit to Illinois nurses, professional counselors,social workers and nursing home administrators.
