Refund Policy

• Due to limited event space, we advise early registration.
• All registrations will be acknowledged within 48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
• All registrations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The BMCC reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion.
• Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice and must be settled prior to the event.
• Cancellations must be received in writing within five (5) days or more prior to the date of the event. Thereafter, no refunds will be provided for failure to attend an event, and delegates will be subject to payment in full.
• We may use the information collected from you for the purpose of providing you with updates regarding BMCC and information in the form of an e-newsletter. This will only apply if you have subscribed to our weekly e-newsletter. We are obligated to keep your details secure.
