The seminar, conducted by Mr. Panya Sittisakonsin, Tax Partner
(profile), will focus on the law’s key implications for businesses, as well as an overview of the direction and focus areas that Baker McKenzie expect the Thai Customs Department to emphasize in its audits in the future. Some of the topics which we intend to discuss include:
