This program will discuss the role of each case resolution liaison, their tips on how to best utilize their assistance and when to ask for their appointments. There will be a question and answer period after each presenter. Time at the conclusion will be set aside to hold a group discussion on how we can use these resources to help settle cases when the court system is not available to us.
