Effective tools for assessing compassion fatigue and building resiliency within our case management teams is paramount. The Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) – Health is a new version of the well-established and well-validated ProQOL measure which now assesses "moral distress" and "perceived support" in addition to burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and compassion satisfaction. Participants will be able to:
• Describe the history, theory, psychometric properties, and applications of the Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) Health measurement tool
• Self-administer the ProQOL Health measurement, review scores, and reflect on the usefulness of this tool
• Discuss how to ethically and respectfully use the ProQOL Health measure with their team as part of their self-care and well-being initiatives
• Assess and identify strategies for improved case manager well-being.
