Effective tools for assessing compassion fatigue and building resiliency within our case management teams is paramount. The Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) – Health is a new version of the well-established and well-validated ProQOL measure which now assesses "moral distress" and "perceived support" in addition to burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and compassion satisfaction. This tool will be presented and strategies and best practices for incorporating its use by case management teams will be discussed.

Participants will be able to:

• Describe the history, theory, psychometric properties, and applications of the Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) Health measurement tool

• Self-administer the ProQOL Health measurement, review scores, and reflect on the usefulness of this tool

• Discuss how to ethically and respectfully use the ProQOL Health measure with their team as part of their self-care and well-being initiatives

• Assess and identify strategies for improved case manager well-being.
