The Military Affairs Committee (MAC) invites you to the Annual Joel E. Baldwin Memorial Award Luncheon and Ceremony on June 13th. The purpose of the ceremony is to award an individual from Navy Operational Support Center an award for outstanding service.
About this award: Navy Chief Joel E. Baldwin died on December 21, 2004 while serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom. A Navy Seabee chief, he is remembered for his skilled teaching, dedicated leadership and civic involvement.
