Dr. Konstantin Schamber

Dr. Konstantin Schamber is Managing Director of the Center for Strategic Intercultural Communication GmbH (StrategicInterCom), Germany; Chairman of the Council and Founder of Business Innovation Congress (BIC), Germany; Representative of the Association of Medium-Sized Enterprises in CIS (MITTELSTAND INTERNATIONAL), China.

Dr. Schamber is an entrepreneur, expert in intercultural business communication and artificial intelligence from the social sciences point of view.

Being of multi-cultural background and having vast academic know-how and hands-on practical experience gained from working across several business functions and across geographies, he works in three languages and advises both individuals and (global) organizations on issues of his expertise.

He is a visiting lecturer at several leading business schools and universities in Europe and in Asia and is frequently invited to speak at diverse international platforms.

Dr. Schamber graduated from the Munich University institutes of economic sociology and social psychology where he received his PhD, working with his doctoral adviser Prof. Dr. Ulrich Beck who is the well-known German sociologist and political philosopher.

Jose Luis U. Yulo, Jr.

Mr. Jose Luis U. Yulo, Jr. is currently the President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippine Islands, the first and the oldest business organization in the country. He co-founded and managed the first trade exhibit center of the country – the Philippine Center for International Trade & Exhibits.

His civic involvement & positions include being the co-founder & former president of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Secretary General of the ASEAN Chambers of Commerce & Industry, and co-founding chairman of the APEC Business Council.

He served as President & CEO of the Philippine International Trading Corporation and later became the President & CEO of the Philippine Stock Exchange, to name a few. He also served as Consul-General, ad honorem of Slovenia in the Philippines.

Florian Gottein

Florian Gottein is the Executive Director of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines – the oldest European Chamber outside of Europe, with close to 800 members. He is also the Project Director of the European Philippine Business Network, which provides a support framework for European companies, especially SMEs, interested in exporting to or investing in the Philippines.

Previously the Vice President for Membership and Business Services, Mr. Gottein became Executive Director in March 2016. Prior to this role, Mr. Gottein started his career at the office of the former Secretary of Defense and Interior of Austria in 2008. From 2012 to 2014 he served as the spokesperson of the Governor of the Province of Tyrol. Following his work for the Government in Austria, he joined the Ministry of Interior of the UAE in Abu Dhabi City.

Mr. Gottein graduated with a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Innsbruck, with a short period of his studies conducted at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Franz Jessen

His Excellency Franz Jessen has been the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Delegaton of the European Union to the Philippines since 2015, after his posting as the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam.

Prior to this, he was Head of Division for China, Hong Kong, MACAO, Taiwan, Mongolia at the European External Action Service in Brussels. Ambassafor Jessen has completed his Master's Degree in Social Sciences from Odense University, and Master's Degree and Ph.D in Economics from Virginia Tech, USA.

Jose Teodoro Limcaoco

TG Limcaoco is the Chief Finance Officer of Ayala Corporation, the oldest Philippine business house with interests in real estate, banking, telecommunications, utilities, energy, industrial technologies, infrastructure, healthcare and education. He is also its Chief Risk Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer.

Prior to his current role at Ayala, he held roles as President of BPI Family Savings Bank and BPI Capital Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Globe Telecom and of Integrated Microelectronics Inc and is an independent director of SSI Group Inc. He was named as the ING-Finex CFO of the Year in 2017.

He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Mathematical Sciences (Honors Program) from Stanford University.

Raimund Klein

Mr. Raimund Klein has been growing the ASEAN market for Siemens’ Digital Factory / Process Industries and Drives (DF / PD) business since 2010. Under his leadership, Siemens became the first technology player to offer Digital Architectures to support manufacturers in their roadmap towards Industry 4.0 through ZerOne.DesIgn™ a patented Manufacturing Design engagement model which he introduced in 2016.

In 2017, he created Digitalization Hub Industry 4.0, Digital Services – Remote Analytics Hub with Internet-based engineering and symmetric/asymmetric Data Services and SWYFTTM as a customer-centric approach and service internet platform for service providers and end users.

Mr. Raimund Klein also serves as advisor of Future of Singapore Economy in the manufacturing committee. Prior to his assignments in Asia, Raimund also held senior management posts in Switzerland, the UK, and Germany.

Vladimir Pirojkov

Vladimir Pirojkov is a world-leading designer and innovator, renowned for designing the interior of Toyota’s and Citroen's best-selling cars. He is also one of the leading experts for future trends and technical innovation.

Pirojkov studied Industrial Design at the Sverdlovsk Architectural Institute, and in the late 1980s moved to Switzerland to practise at Luigi Colani’s world renowned Design Buro. During this time, he worked for companies such as Adidas, Ferrari, and Yves Saint Laurent. In 1993 he won a scholarship to continue his studies in Switzerland at the Art Center College of Design. He holds a BSc in Design and BSc in Transportation Design.

From 1994-2000, Pirojkov was the Interior Designer at Citroen and worked on the development of their best-selling models C3, C3 Pluriel, C4 Coupe, C5, and C6. Having left Citroen, he spent 7 years as a Senior Designer in the Toyota Europe Design Development team and worked on top-selling models such as Yaris, Avensis, Auris, Corolla, RAV4, Celica, Prius, and IQ. Pirojkov also managed the development of the "Advanced Design" department, developing concepts for the cars which will be produced in 2020-2040.

After an unprecedented career and 20 years’ experience in leading international companies, he returned to Moscow and established ASTRAROSSA DESIGN – a Centre of Industrial Design and Innovation in 2007.

Since 2014 he has been the CEO of Design Innovation Prototyping Centre «KINETICA» based in the National University of Science and Technology MISIS in Moscow.

Pirojkov teaches transportation design at leading colleges and schools of arts in USA, Europe, Russia, and China. He is Honorary Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts.

Joseph Pacamarra has more than 12 years’ experience in Enterprise IT Security. He worked as an Escalation Engineer and then Team Lead for Microsoft Product Support and Services – MSPSS (Security), was also a Security Analyst/Security Consultant in Trend Micro-Specialized on designing and conceptualizing new and customized Security Products and Services, directly handled Critical Threat Incidents, and also created new Industry Standard Processes on Incident Response.

Joseph is currently a Security Contractor that handles OSINT, CYBINT, Threat Intelligence, IP Protection, Threat Counter-Offensive, Evasion and Mitigations Strategy for numerous Fortune 500 Companies and Government Institutions across Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas.
Currently focuses on Insider Threat and Intelligence Program and MVP for Microsoft Enterprise Security.

Stephanie Fabian

Stephanie Fabian is currently the Executive Director of the Australian – New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Philippines (ANZCHAM). Stephanie is a Chartered Accountant with a 20 year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia where she provided Australian income tax and employee remuneration advice to private clients, ASX listed companies and multi-national organizations. Stephanie also was heavily involved in facilitating and presenting at numerous events in Australia in relation to angel investmenting, early stage companies and gender diversity.

Anne Mariae Jumadla

Atty. Anne Mariae Celeste Vios Jumadla specializes in strategic intellectual property (IP) management in relation to technology, innovation and entrepreneurial management, particularly with regard to research & product development, business enterprise development and technology transfer.

She obtained her Master of Science in Global Innovation Management, jointly conferred by the University of Strathclyde (United Kingdom) and Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg (Germany), as well as a Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Specialization from the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) program with the University of South Africa (UNISA) Center for Business Law. Additionally, she has specialized training in IP management from WIPO programs with the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) and Korean IP Office (KIPO), as well as with the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School.

Atty. Jumadla has more than ten years of experience in IP law practice, particularly in the prosecution of IP rights, i.e. patents, trademarks and copyright, and their enforcement through patent infringement litigation, patent cancellations, trademark infringement litigation, trademark opposition, and alternative dispute resolution.

She has also handled cases involving IP rights of big IP players such as Merck Sharp and Dohme, Societe Produits Nestle, Microsoft, Toyota, and Ritz. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Master of Chemistry from the Ateneo de Manila University, and her specialized training in IP law, particularly in patents, from the WIPO Summer School program with Bangkok University and the Department of IP of Thailand, the European Patent Office (EPO) in collaboration with the IP Office of the Philippines, and the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation (JIII) with Japan Patent Office (JPO).

Tobias Rast

Tobias Rast is one of the founders of PEGOTEC. He was born near Leipzig in Germany in 1981. After studying Informatics, he worked as a developer and project manager for the world wide Black&Decker website. After several projects with Black&Decker and DeWALT, he started his own business as IT consultant in Asia.

In 2015, PEGOTEC was founded by him and his business partner Pedro Gorrin Diaz in Nepal. PEGOTEC started growing and expanded to Singapore, Manila and Phnom Penh. Pegotec stands for innovation and competence. The company develops tailor-made web and app solutions for industry. Industry 4.0 and Blockchain are some of the strong skills of Pegotec.

Pedro Gorrin Diaz

Pedro Gorrin Diaz is an entrepreneur and founder of PEGOTEC. He is a problem solver who truly enjoys cooperation for better and faster solutions. He started his career working at the Ministry CITMA managing and developing the national intranet.

His career took him to Nepal where he established his own company in 2010 and joined forces with Tobias Rast in 2015, founding PEGOTEC. A designer, web & mobile developer with comprehensive experience in managing products and teams.

Cornelius Bakker

Cornelius, owner of MGC, has a Master’s in company economics from the University of Amsterdam and has lived in South East Asia for nearly 2 decades now.

A dedicated entrepreneur, he saw the challenge to dramatically improve productivity in operations to survive increasing competition and decreasing availability of labor. In absence of suitable and affordable manufacturing monitoring tools, the decision was to develop a proprietary monitoring system that has now been made commercially available.

Hubert Poels

Hubert is an adventurous cosmopolitan, with a Dutch background, and a solid 3 decades of experience in international business in both consumer marketing and B2B.

Engineer (food technology, BSc) by education. Commerce and interest in faraway places are in the genes. He is passionate for building new businesses and a cleaner environment.

Dr. Donald Patrick Lim

Dr. Donald Patrick Lim is the Country CEO of the Dentsu Aegis Network Philippines. Prior to his current role, he was the Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, and before that, Chief Innovation Officer of McCann World Group Philippines and Managing Director of the digital arm of McCann. Before McCann he was the former President and CEO of Yehey! Corporation and President and CEO of Media Contacts Manila.

In addition to his current full-time job with the Dentsu Aegis Network, he oversees five other businesses of his own, and he also does management consulting for up and coming brands and businesses. Dr. Donald is one of the only 24 Certified Professional Marketers in the country, and one of the first in the Philippines to be awarded the Certified Entrepreneur title by the Canadian Institute of Entrepreneurship. He has also been awarded the Dr. Bienvenido R. Tantoco Sr. Professorial Chair in Marketing by the Jose Rizal University.

Considered to be one of the founding fathers of digital marketing in the Philippines, Dr. Donald has been honoured by various institutions and organizations, most recently being awarded The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Award for Community Building in Digital Media. He is the first awardee of the Agora Award for Marketing Communications by the Philippine Marketing Association, a 2015 Young Global Leader conferred by the World Economic Forum, and the only Filipino to receive the DMN 40 under 40 awarded in New York. Furthermore, he was conferred Digital Marketer of the Year at the Asian Leadership Awards in Dubai, UAE by the Asian Confederation of Business, the Young Market Masters Award in Online Marketing by Mansmith and Fielders and is the first recipient of the Digital Leader of the Future award conferred at the World Brand Congress in Mumbai, India.

He is the youngest to serve as President of the Philippine Marketing Association, the biggest gathering of marketing professionals in the Philippines. He is the founding president of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines. Finally, Dr. Donald served as a board of Trustee of Operation Smile, a non-profit, volunteer service organization that provides free reconstructive facial surgery for children with cleft lips, and a board of trustee for the World Wildlife Fund Philippines and the Knowledge Channel Foundation.

Dr. Donald graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University, finishing his MBA with distinction from Murdoch University, and then moved on to finish his Doctor in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Carlo Ople

Carlo has over 14 years of experience in digital in the Philippines. He currently serves as Vice-President for Digital Strategy and Consumer Disruptive Business of the leading telco in the Philippines, PLDT/Smart.

In his career Carlo has taken a leading role in several business transformation initiatives. In Level-up Games as Brand Manager for Ragnarok Online he led the shift from subscription to free-to-play (monetize through an item mall) which led to 100% growth in revenue. In TV5 he started the New Media Division of the company and built the organization to support the digital pivot of the network.

He left TV5 to be a partner and Managing Director for the newly created digital agency of the most awarded agency in the Philippines, DM9 JaymeSyfu. After 4 years he sold his shares and exited after it was bought by the largest single branded agency in the world, Dentsu.

As a digital entrepreneur, he founded several web properties with the latest one being recognized as one of the top tech and gadget sites in the country, Unbox.ph. He is also very active in the local digital industry. It is his 3rd year as a Director for the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) where he currently serves as Vice-President for External affairs.

Dennis Omila

Mr. Dennis D. Omila is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of Union Bank of the Philippines. Prior to joining UnionBank, he was the Senior Vice President of Globe Telecoms and headed various IT organizations including Information Security, IT Governance, Service Management, Solutions Delivery, and Infrastructure Engineering. For close to 10 years at Globe, he likewise spearheaded various strategic transformation initiatives.

He was also an entrepreneur for 10 years prior to joining Globe and served as the President and COO of NetX Technology Solutions, Inc. from 2002 to 2007.

Mr. Omila is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Check Point Security Instructor (CCSI), and a Business Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP). He graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Bachelor of Science major in Computer Science with specialization in Computer Technology (BSCS-CT).

Jannis Dargel

Jannis has a bachelor’s in international business from the Lord Ashcroft Business School in Cambridge, England. He has been working in the fashion industry for the past 7 years. During the time Zalando has expanded, covering 15 European countries and Jannis specialised in competitive pricing engines and strategies to support country specific pricing. With his experience from Zalando, Jannis joined Lamoda, a Global Fashion Group (GFG) company in Russia to focus on Inventory Management and Merchandising.

In 2015 Jannis transferred to the Philippines Global Fashion Group company, ZALORA Philippines. He is responsible for Fulfilment Operations across the Philippines specialising in long term strategies for dynamically scalable operations to support the current and long-term e-commerce market CAGR.

Bo Lundqvist

Bo is the founder of Retail Associates with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Retail Associates is a leading consulting firm specializing in providing Unified Commerce solutions for Retailers in Asia-Pacific.

Prior to his creation of Retail Associates, Bo has worked within several IT consulting firms in South East Asia focused on ERP, CRM, Retail and eCommerce solutions.

Dakila Carlo Cua

Dakila Carlo 'Dax' Enriquez Cua is the elected Representative of the province of Quirino currently serving his third term. He was previously a two-term Vice-Governor, and one-term Governor of the same province.

Aside from his official work as a legislator, he is the Spokesperson and Ambassador of TAO - Trabaho at Oportunidad, a joint effort of public and private sector leaders to contribute to the provision of jobs and opportunities for the Filipino people.

Maria Leonor "Leni" Gerona Robredo is a Filipina lawyer and social activist who is the 14th and current Vice President of the Philippines.

She is the second woman to serve as Vice President after Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and the first Vice President from Bicol.
