For Marina, yoga is about doing what you can, with what you have, where you are. This idea that yoga is open and available, no matter what your personal story may be, is what turned yoga from a physical practice to a life practice for Marina.
She found that through continual practice she was not only strengthening her body but also learning to calm her mind. Marina completed her training and mentorship in New York City and is excited to share this practice in Madrid.
