Supported by AMCHAM, AustCham, CanCham, EABC, NZTCC and STCC, our international speakers from the industry's leading companies will look at "Insights and quick wins from the forefront of innovation in hospitality".

There is a deluge of information about new concepts and technical innovation in the Hotel and Tourism Industry. While it is said that by 2022 it will be possible to book a hotel stay in space at the Aurora Station (for a cool $10m you can see 16 sunsets a day and marvel at where your drinking water comes from as you flush the toilet), most hotel investors, operators and clients are seeking solutions and new ideas for more basic issues they face today, especially when they feel restricted by legacy systems and even legacy staff.

So what will be unique about this session is our focus on what innovation will bring in future but also what the most practical innovations are today that can be used as quick wins with the greatest benefit to both the industry and their customers. Our international speakers will help us scythe through the range of the latest innovations in hospitality concepts, booking, devices, online customer behavior and even traditional back-end systems and help us focus on the practical quick wins.
