We are delighted to invite Mrs Noorsiah Allaudeen as our Resource Speaker to share the topic with our fellow EC fraternity on "The Essence of Leadership - Unleashing the Leader Within"
In this session, participants will be reflecting on leadership qualities & skills and how we can maximize the impact we have on those whom we have the privilege to lead. This will include the roles of educators, centre leaders as well as managers.

Noorsiah's professional background includes specializing in curriculum development and operations within the EC sector. She has contributed significantly towards development and implementation of curriculum, as well as supervision, management, mentoring and training. She has risen through the ranks, starting her mid-career journey as a part-time educator and has assumed progressive roles that have helped sharpen her leadership abilities and professional acumen.
