Amira Nabila Budiyano first started in IP practice and since then has had significant experience in various aspects of both the contentious and non-contentious side. On the contentious side of her IP practice, Amira is able to and has represented clients in opposition, and invalidation proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry and other IP-related disputes before the High Court. On the non-contentious side, she has administered and managed local and overseas clients’ IP portfolios as well as conducted worldwide searches to determine the patentability of an invention, drafting, preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Her practice also includes providing advice on IP commercialization, such as assignment/franchise agreements, IP due diligence, licensing and technology transfer matters. Apart from that, she continues to engage in general corporate advisory work (related to IP rights or otherwise) involving confidential information and trade secrets amongst others and several regulatory and technology-related issues.

Mr. Fabian Delcros worked for over 16 years with the European Commission as an Administrator in various departments, such as Trade, EU Delegations, or Agriculture; and in multiple countries: USA, Switzerland, Brazil, and Belgium. Later on, was the Director for Governmental Relations with the EU at General Electric; followed by a Senior Policy Advisor position at Rock Creek Global Advisors.

Mr. Delcros returned to the European Commission in 2015 as a Head of Sector - Financing & Policy and, since April 2017, is a Negotiator for International Data Flows and Protection. Mr. Fabian Delcros holds a Master in Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris and an LLM in Trade Law from Georgetown University Law Center.

Alvin is a veteran of the technology industry, first cutting his teeth as a Sales Director at Sun Microsystems and then as Regional Director at 3Com, where he managed a sales portfolio of more than $100 million in the highly competitive and regulated industries of Finance, Telecoms, Healthcare and Government.

He holds an Executive MBA, International Business Administration, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick and internationally recognised professional qualifications from International Association of Privacy Professionals, Open Compliance Ethics Group and EXIN. His credentials from these examining bodies include the Certified Information Privacy Manager and Technologist (CIPM and CIPT), the Certified Information Privacy Professional /Asia (CIPP /A) and the GRC Processional (GRCP) Certification.
