Topic: A Good Start for Every Child – Nurturing Early Learners Framework 2022

Time: 8 to 9 pm (Singapore Time)

We are delighted to invite Ms. Juliet Chia and Ms. Lim Meow Hwee from Pre-school Education Branch in the Ministry of Education as our resource speakers to share the topic with our fellow EC fraternity on "A Good Start for Every Child – Nurturing Early Learners Framework 2022".

The Ministry of Education has updated the Nurturing Early Learners – A Curriculum Framework for Preschool Education in Singapore or commonly known as the NEL Framework, that guides preschool centres in designing and implementing a quality curriculum for children aged four to six. It has been enhanced to stress the importance of developing values, social and emotional competencies and learning dispositions with a continued emphasis on holistic development and nurturing the joy of learning in children. This session will provide an overview of the updated NEL Framework, highlighting how educators can use it to provide a good start for every child.

Do join us in the upcoming CoP and register online. Slots are limited on a first-come-first-served basis. We will notify you via a confirmation email once your registration is approved.

They firmly believe that preschool educators play a critical role in nurturing early learners and the importance of working with educators to provide our children with a strong foundation for their future learning.
