This session will address important topics such as Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Wills. What legal options are available in planning and paying for your long-term care? How can Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and personal care contracts maximize your quality of life?

This program awards 1.5 CE credits to Illinois nurses, professional counselors, social workers and nursing home administrators.
