    Dr. Weiss, the Medical Director of Medical Pain Management Services, has specialized in medical pain management since 1992. He became a Board-certified anesthesiologist in 1988, received a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Pain Management in September 1993, and was Board-certified in Hospice & Palliative care in 2013 He has been Chairman of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee at OSF since 2003, and a member of the Committee since 2000.
