Join HDN on International Women's Day as we hear the experiences and challenges faced by female leaders of South Asian origin in the social housing sector.

What cultural, racial, and gender stereotypes have our panel faced in their career journeys?

What have been the barriers to personal growth and success?

Who have been the role models and allies that have helped them along the way?

How have our panel sought out opportunities, built connections and networks, and ensured that their unique perspectives and insights have helped deliver better services to tenants?

And finally, what are the panel's tips for success for women on their own career paths?
