Maria Mezentseva is a Member of Parliament of Ukraine from the “Servant of the People” party, representing the 168th district (Kharkiv). Elected in 2019, she holds several positions related to European integration, including deputy chairperson of the Committee on Ukraine's Integration into the European Union and chairperson of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Member of the group on inter-parliamentary relations with the United States of America.

Oleksandr Kovalchuk is a Member of Parliament of Ukraine from the “Servant of the People” party, representing the 152nd district (Rivne). Elected in 2019, Mr. Kovalchuk is the Deputy Head of the Committee on Finance, Taxes and Customs Policy. From 2016 to 2019 he co-founded and served as Chairman of the board of Platform of Interactions “Prostir” nonprofit among other leadership positions in the provide and public sectors.

Olena Khomenko is a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine from the “Servant of the People” party elected in 2019. As of 2023, she serves as Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and is a member of the group on inter-parliamentary relations with the U.S. Ms. Khomenko has held executive positions in leading telecommunications and IT companies in Ukraine.

Professor Paul Carrese is the founding director of the School of Civic & Economic Thought and Leadership at Arizona State University. He teaches at SCETL and also at the Center for the Study of Religion and Conflict at ASU. For nearly two decades he was a professor of political science at the U.S. Air Force Academy, and co-founded a new honors program blending liberal arts education and leadership education.

He is author of "The Cloaking of Power: Montesquieu, Blackstone, and the Rise of Judicial Activism", and co-editor of three other books – on George Washington, constitutionalism, and American grand strategy. His most recent book is "Democracy in Moderation: Montesquieu, Tocqueville, and Sustainable Liberalism". He has held fellowships at Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar; Harvard University; the University of Delhi (as a Fulbright fellow); and the James Madison Program, Politics Department, Princeton University. Professor Carrese received his Ph.D. in Political Science from Boston University and his Masters in Theology from Oxford University.

Dmytro Kushneruk is Consul General at the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. He has served in this role since his appointment in 2020.

Mr. Kushneruk joined the diplomatic service in 2006, having worked at different posts in the President’s Office. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Kushneruk was posted as Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the U.N. in New York. From 2014 to 2020, he served as Deputy Chief of Protocol to the President of Ukraine. Mr. Kushneruk holds the diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the First class.
