Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds:
For refunds, kindly submit a written request to info@ipacamic.ca by Monday May 27, 2024 to be reimbursed 75% of the registration fee. No refunds will be processed Tuesday May 28, 2024 onwards. Please be aware that approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
IPAC Programming Changes:
In the event of rescheduling, purchased tickets will be honored for the new date or refunded in full. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded entirely. IPAC reserves the right to modify, adapt, reschedule, or cancel programs, including the potential switch to a virtual or hybrid event format. Any changes to IPAC programming will be communicated to participants at the earliest convenience.
Force Majeure:
IPAC holds no liability if events or programs are delayed, altered, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, accidents, natural disasters, health crises, epidemics, pandemics, emergencies, war, riots, terrorist attacks, or any other "force majeure" events. These unforeseen events are outside of IPAC’s reasonable control.
