Refund policy and terms and conditions.

Our key terms and conditions and refund policy include the following:

1. All registrations are subject to acceptance by Loita Trading Services (Pty) Ltd trading as Loita Business.

2. Should you be unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost.

3. Loita Business has a ZERO REFUND POLICY.

4. Loita Business reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice, including the substitution, alterations, or cancellation of speakers and/or topics as well as the dates of the event.

5. Loita Business is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event or for any loss whatsoever except where such loss arises as a result of gross negligence on the part of Loita Business

6. Complimentary tickets are not transferable and are dispensed at the organiser’s discretion. A complimentary ticket cannot be used by a delegate already registered for the event. No refund will be given and the registered person will be held liable for full payment.

7. Payment of full delegate fee is due within 5 days of receipt of invoice or immediately with registration if the booking is made within 2 weeks of the event.

8. Loita Business reserves the right to refuse entry to the event should payment not be received prior to the event.

9. This registration form constitutes a legally binding contract.

10. The data controller is Loita Business. Loita Business may only use and share an individual delegate’s personal information for the purpose of sending to the individual delegate details of its services and/or those offered by its marketing partners, summit sponsors/partners and/or members of its group. Loita Business may also disclose such personal information to its suppliers/sponsors/partners.

11. Loita Business is granted the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded at the event, whether in photographic, audio, or audiovisual format, without time limitation and in any format. The attendees hereby give up any privacy right they might have due to their presence at the event and accept not to enter into any legal proceedings against us arising from our use of such material. The organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the summit programme, speakers, venue, timings, and dates at any time.

12. By registering for this event, we wish to use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests to keep in contact with you about other relevant events, products and services which may be of interest to you. We will only ever use the information we collect or receive about you in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at www.loitabusiness.com
