Join us for an in-person session looking at current issues which matter to boards and leadership teams. This practical and interactive event will be delivered by HDN Associate Mick Warner, and comes at a time of regulatory change with a focus on landlords being more accountable and transparent to tenants and residents.

This session will include an insight and discussion around:

• The new approach to Consumer Regulation
• The revised Consumer Standards
• The Regulator's annual Consumer Regulation Review 2022 to 2023 and
• Recent activity from the Housing Ombudsman.

The event is particularly suitable for board members on HDN's programmes, governance leads and senior leaders in the housing sector.

Arrival is at 1:30pm, the event itself will be starting at 2pm. The venue is located in Central London and the closest tube stations are Lambeth North and Elephant and Castle, but Peabody is also very conveniently located for Waterloo and Southwark which you can walk to/from.
