She enjoys using research and data to uncover opportunities, understanding that true insights require deep analysis combined with human compassion. Shirley is a CUDE and an animal lover, volunteering with organizations like K9 for Warriors. She supports nonprofits focused on youth empowerment, financial education, domestic violence, and Alzheimer's advocacy.

He was the VP of Sales at Arkatechture (Now Arkatechture CUSO) and now is the CEO of CU Sol (a 4 Credit Union CUSO) which leads the CU Safe Initiative (A CU focused Domestic Violence Initiative). He is passionate about saving small credit unions and leagues and believes in solutions with soul as well as his personal motto “If it can’t be fun it can’t be done”.
