Art specialist and dealer, Adriana Alvarez-Nichol founded Puerta Roja in 2010, the first and only gallery in Asia Pacific to specialise in Latin American and Spanish art. Adriana is Co-President of the Hong Kong Art Gallery Association and represents Hong Kong at the Asia Pacific Art Gallery Alliance.

Prior to becoming an art dealer, Adriana’s long career in investment and private banking took her to Europe, Asia Pacific, USA, Africa and the Middle East. Adriana is an Economist and holds an MBA from the London Business School. She was also a recipient of the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship and named as one of the “Top Ten Most Powerful Mexican Women Abroad” by CNN.

Under her guidance, Puerta Roja has become an influencing gallery in the local Hong Kong art scene and participates in the top international art fairs across Asia Pacific, including Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and Australia. The gallery also collaborates with a wide network of renowned international galleries art dealers and non-profit art organisations. Puerta Roja is a proud supporter of Para Site and Neptune in Hong Kong. The gallery invests in the primary market, arranges for commissions, sources specific mandates and intermediates in the secondary market, primarily between Asian and Latin American private collectors.

Kimberly Arth, is the Co-Founder of PIVOT, a Hong Kong based recruitment firm which specializes in finding contract and flexible work opportunities for women in finance, marketing, fashion and creative design. Kimberly and her Co-Founder Lauren Lin launched PIVOT in 2016 in order to connect high caliber professional women with work opportunities that offer balance and flexibility. They have since established an extensive candidate base that includes women with advanced degrees from globally recognized universities, years of achievement and leadership with global blue-chip companies and success in community and social causes. PIVOT has placed women in various roles with entrepreneurs, MNC's, SME's and NGO's.
Kimberly has over ten years of experience in the financial sector having worked within the Investment Banking and Real Estate Finance divisions at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and most recently with Lazard in their Private Fund Advisory Group. She relocated to Hong Kong in 2015 with her family and took on a new and exciting role as entrepreneur. Kimberly graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.

Alfonso Ballesteros is an MBA graduate with 14 years experience in the Asian Markets. Since 2014 he is the Secretary General of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

An International Law graduate, Francesco started his career at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in HK & Macau. He joined P&P in 2013 and has been working in both the Hong Kong and the Shanghai offices during the past years. During his years of practice, Francesco has extensively supported the establishment and business operations of foreign companies across Hong Kong and China, providing comprehensive advisory with outsourced administration services.

Maria Soledad Riestra is the Founder and Director of Commit Human Capital Solutions Ltd, a consultancy practice that provides services in the areas of organisational and leadership development, change management and diversity and inclusion for organisations across the globe. She has also founded and launched Ecoed Life, an initiative that aims at building awareness, education and action towards more sustainable ways of living, for individuals, groups and organisations across sectors in Hong Kong and UK.

Maria Wolf is the founder of Liv-Art®, a hong kong based company who creates customised clothes an accessories based on children artwork. She established Liv-Art® in 2015 which became after a short period an known specialist in garment customisation with global clients.
Born in Dominican Republic and worked in several countries around the globe, she combine over 15 years experience in textile business with a passion for children artwork and creativity. Her vision had been all time to create products where she could involve children directly in the design process and build up an emotional connection with her customers.
