Cancellation & Refund Policies for our Winter Conference
Batseta hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, Batseta knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The Batseta Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
The Batseta Winter Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and apply to the winter conference.
Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.
Conference registration cancelled on-line on, or before 1 April 2024 is refundable but subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Registrants cancelling on or after 1 April 2024 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Registrants cancelling on or after 15 April 2024 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
All registrations will be deemed as final, should you not attend the conference and fail to notify us as per the cancellation guideline above. You will be liable for full registration fees.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's attendance status.
