A More H.U.M.A.N. Approach to Educational Leadership

The adult cultures of our schools matter. In today's volatile political climate, the call for human-focused leaders everywhere - but especially in education - is stronger than ever. This conversation will dive into the elements of the H.U.M.A.N. approach for educational leadership. These concepts can be used in leadership coaching conversations, with teams, or for personal reflection leading to real change in the cultures of our schools.

The H.U.M.A.N. approach helps leaders:

  • Hone their compassion
  • Understand themselves as leaders
  • Make meaning for others while motivated by a vision
  • Anticipate and accept the unknown, and
  • Nurture trust to create a sense of belonging.
