Craig Johnson is an experienced leader and strategist. Craig has over 30 years of experience in transformative educational leadership, including 13 years as the Head of School at American School of Bombay and Head of School at the American School of Brasilia. He currently serves as the CEO of UnconstrainED, as well as serving as the Chief of Educational Strategy for the Reliance Foundation. In 2016, Craig was the inaugural recipient of the prestigious Dr. Keith Miller International Innovation Leadership Award from AAIE, an internationally recognized entity. Craig maintains active involvement in numerous educational-related initiatives, including global think tanks, educational boards, and service in regional associations such as NESA, AMISA, and Tech for India.

Fiona Reynolds is an adult learning and instructional design expert. Fiona has been an educational leaders for over 30 years, including 13 years as the Deputy Head of School at the American School of Bombay. She is internationally recognized as an outstanding provider of adult learning and professional development in a variety of settings in schools around the world. Holding an MEd in curriculum and instruction, Fiona's focus at UnconstrainED is to create compelling course content for adult learners, train colleagues to be compelling and helpful coaches, and deliver course content directly.

Alex Johnson is the Chief of Technology at UnconstrainED. He is an instructional technology and engineering design expert. Alex has been in education for over 15 years, including serving as the Education Technology Coordinator at the American School of Bombay. He is an Apple Distinguished Educator with a strong background in technology curriculum development and the integration of emerging technologies in classrooms across departments and schools. Alex is not just an outstanding teacher, he also has a strong computer sciences and engineering background that helps ensure UnconstrainED's AI Tools focus squarely on helping teachers with their everyday work.
